Toy Mart started with a simple idea: a ride-on car should be sold by someone who can also fix it. We're an independent, family-run shop on Highway 27 in Nobleton — no franchise playbook, no call centre, no ship-it-back-to-a-warehouse routine when something breaks. The same person who helps you pick the right ride-on for your child's age and weight is the one who repairs the battery, remote, or motor if something goes wrong later, whether you bought it here or somewhere else.
That fix-first approach shapes almost every decision we make: we would rather talk a family into a smaller, less expensive ride-on that actually fits than upsell one that does not, and we would rather repair a two-year-old battery for $79 than sell a whole new ride-on. Every model on our floor meets the ASTM F963 toy safety standard, and every repair happens right here in our Nobleton shop, not shipped off to a warehouse. It is a small operation on purpose — it is the only way one shop can stand behind everything it sells.
